1.4 If you are a parent and allow your child to use our services, you are responsible for any actions your child takes, including payments and information they provide.

3. Definitions of the online shop

3.1. Seller - moodforquest.com.

3.2. Buyer - one of:

• a person who has reached the legal age, and whose legal capacity is not limited by court order
• a person from sixteen to eighteen years of age, who has the consent of parents or guardian
• a legal entity

3.3. Parties - the Buyer and the Seller together.

4. General provisions of the online shop

4.1. By proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read, fully understood, and agreed to the Rules, and are familiar with the terms and conditions of purchasing and selling products and services on the online store www.moodforquest.com. The Rules approved in this way are a legally binding document for both Parties, establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions of purchase and payment for products and services, the procedures for delivery and returns, the liability of the parties, and other terms related to the purchase and sale of products and services on the website.

4.2. Only Buyers that defined in clause 3.2 of the Rules, have the right to buy products and services on www.moodforquest.com. By approving the Rules and Privacy Policy, the Buyer confirms that to have the right to make a purchase in the online shop of the website.

5. Ordering and Formation of the Purchase Agreement

5.1. The Buyer may order products and services on the website by choosing one of the following methods (unless otherwise specified in a product description):
5.1.1. by registering on the website (providing the requested registration information);
5.1.2. without registering on the website.

5.2. When placing an order using one of the methods listed in Clause 5.1, the Buyer must provide the personal data necessary for proper order fulfillment as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5.3. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided under Clause 5.2 may be processed for the purposes of providing products and services through the online shop, Seller's business analysis, and direct marketing.

5.4. When the Buyer selects a product or service, adds it to the shopping cart, selects and confirms a payment method and completes all steps of the order process, a purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is deemed concluded.

5.5. Upon placing an order, the Buyer receives an email confirming receipt of the order.

5.6. Each Buyer’s order is stored in our system.

6. Rights of the Buyer and the Seller

6.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products and services available on the website according to these Rules.

6.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement according to these Rules.

6.3. The Buyer has other rights provided in these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.4. The Seller has the right to suspend or terminate the operation of www.moodforquest.com. In such cases, all accepted and confirmed orders will be fulfilled, but no new orders will be accepted.

6.5. If the Buyer fails to comply with their obligations, the Seller may restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to www.moodforquest.com, or in exceptional cases, delete the Buyer's account, without prior notice.

6.6. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if payment is not received within 3 (three) business days.

7. Obligations of the Buyer and the Seller

7.1. The Buyer must fulfill their obligations while using www.moodforquest.com, comply with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and other conditions clearly stated on the website, and not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2. A registered Buyer is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. If a third party accesses the store using the Buyer's login information, that third party is considered the Buyer.

7.3. The Buyer must pay for and accept the ordered products and services in accordance with these Rules.

7.4. The Seller is obligated to provide clear and understandable information about the products and services offered on the website.

7.5. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy and to process personal data only in accordance with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.6. The Seller is obligated to fulfill other responsibilities outlined in the Privacy Policy and relevant legal acts.

8. Prices, Payment Process and Terms

8.1. Prices in the order are displayed in euros, including VAT. Upon confirmation, a delivery fee (if applicable) is added to the total amount.

8.2. The Buyer can pay for the ordered products and services using one of the following methods:
8.2.1. electronic banking;
8.2.2. bank transfer.

8.3. Once payment is received, the order is confirmed, and the delivery term begins.

8.4. By confirming the Rules, the Buyer agrees to receive purchase documents (invoices, which also serve as warranty documents) electronically to the email address provided during registration or checkout. Invoices include details of the selected products and services, their quantity, any discounts applied, total price including taxes, and other legally required accounting information.

8.5. If the price displayed online differs from the one in the store, the store price is considered correct.

9. Marketing Measures

9.1. The Seller may, at their discretion, initiate various promotions or games.

9.2. The Seller has the right to change or terminate promotional campaigns without prior notice.

9.3. All notifications are sent to the Buyer via the contact details provided during registration.

10. Delivery of Products

10.1. If the Buyer purchases digital products (e.g., pdf, ppt, png, mp4 files), they will be delivered electronically within 1 business day (via email or to the user’s account on the website).

10.2. The Buyer must collect the products in their own. If another person received the product, but it was delivered to the provided address, the Buyer cannot claim non-delivery.

11. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement and Returns

11.1. Digital products delivered in formats such as pdf, png, mp4, or ppt are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For any questions, feel free to contact us at: info@moodforquest.com.

11.2. Physical products purchased from our online store may be returned within 14 business days from the delivery date.

11.3. In order to return a product, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned in its original, intact packaging.
• It must be undamaged and unused.
• It must maintain its original appearance (no signs of wear, clean, and intact).
• It must include all parts and accessories that were delivered (including any gifts).

11.4. If the product meets the conditions described in the rule 11.3, contact us by email info@moodforquest.com. We will get in touch with you within 3 business days to arrange the return process. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund to your specified bank account within 14 business days.

12. Changes to the Rules

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms when necessary or as required by law. Any changes will be posted on this website along with the effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

13. Responsibilities

13.1. Every visitor of the website is responsible for their actions, including (but not limited to) the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. They are also liable for any consequences arising from false or incorrect data.

13.2. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the Buyer's or visitor’s failure to read or comply with these Rules or the Privacy Policy, despite having the opportunity to do so.

13.3. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services, including (but not limited to) data loss or service interruptions.

14. Applicable Law

14.1. These Rules are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

14.2. Legal relationships arising under these Rules shall be governed by Lithuanian law.

14.3. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be settled in accordance with the procedures established by Lithuanian law.
